About Eduvisionary
What is Eduvisionary?
Eduvisionary is web-based business management software designed for small businesses, freelancers, consultants, agencies, and other service-based businesses. It brings customer relationship management, project management, HR administration, and financial record-keeping together within a single online dashboard, so you do not need to manage each of these areas through separate, disconnected tools.
Who is Eduvisionary designed for?
Eduvisionary is designed for service-based businesses of various sizes, including independent freelancers managing their own client work, consultants running ongoing engagements, small businesses with a handful of employees, and agencies coordinating multiple customers, projects, and team members at once. The platform's flexibility means it can be used by a single person working alone or by a growing team, with the available features and usage limits adjusting according to the package purchased.
What makes Eduvisionary different from using separate tools?
Many businesses manage customers in one system, projects in another, employee information somewhere else, and financial records across spreadsheets. Eduvisionary brings these functions together in one connected platform, so information does not need to be duplicated or reconciled across multiple separate systems. A customer record, for example, can be connected directly to the projects, invoices, and history associated with that customer, rather than existing as an isolated entry in a separate contact list.
Is Eduvisionary cloud-based?
Yes. Eduvisionary is web-based, software-as-a-service software, meaning you access your account online, with the lifetime access included in your package, rather than installing a traditional application on a single local computer. This allows you to access your account from wherever you happen to be working, provided you have an internet connection.
Do I need to install anything to use Eduvisionary?
No separate installation is required to access the core platform, since Eduvisionary is accessed through your web browser. Any specific requirements relating to supported browsers or devices would be described in Eduvisionary's technical documentation, where applicable.
Getting Started
How do I sign up for Eduvisionary?
You can sign up for Eduvisionary by choosing the package that best matches your business's needs on the Pricing page and completing a single one-off payment through Stripe. You will then be asked to create your account, and once it is created you can begin setting up your customer records, projects, employee information, and financial records within the dashboard.
Which package should I choose?
The right package depends on the size of your business and the features you expect to need. A freelancer managing a small number of clients is likely to need a different level of functionality than an agency coordinating multiple team members and a larger number of active projects. Reviewing the available packages before buying, and considering your current usage alongside your likely future needs, can help you choose a package that fits without being unnecessarily limited or paying for functionality you will not use.
Can I try Eduvisionary before paying?
Where a free trial is offered on a particular package or promotion, it allows you to explore the platform before making a payment. Details of any current trial offer, including its duration and what happens when it ends, would be described at the time the trial is presented to you.
How long does it take to get set up?
This varies depending on the size of your business and how much existing information you need to bring into the platform. A freelancer with a modest number of clients might get the essentials set up quickly, while a larger agency with a longer customer history may reasonably take longer. There is no requirement to migrate everything at once — many businesses find it easier to bring information in gradually, starting with the areas they rely on most, such as active customers and ongoing projects.
Can I change my package later?
Yes, you can move up to a larger package. Contact us and we will explain the options available for your account at the time. Because every package is a single one-off payment for lifetime access, there is no renewal date and nothing to downgrade — you keep the package you bought for life.
Customer Relationship Management
Can Eduvisionary help me manage my customers and leads?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides CRM functionality that allows you to manage customer records, leads, sales pipelines, follow-ups, and customer history, all from within the same platform used for your other business management activities.
What is the difference between a lead and a customer within Eduvisionary?
A lead generally represents a potential customer who has not yet formally engaged your business, while a customer represents someone you are actively working with or have previously worked with. Eduvisionary allows you to manage leads as a distinct part of your sales process, and to track their progress as they move through your pipeline, potentially becoming a customer over time.
Can I track where each opportunity sits in my sales process?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides sales pipeline functionality that allows you to organise leads and opportunities according to the stage they have reached in your sales process, giving you a clearer picture of what is likely to convert and when.
Does Eduvisionary help me remember to follow up with customers and prospects?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides follow-up tracking functionality intended to help you keep important customer interactions organised, so that follow-ups are less likely to be forgotten as your customer base grows.
Can I see the full history of my interactions with a particular customer?
Yes. Eduvisionary allows you to maintain a history for each customer, helping relevant information stay connected to that customer's record rather than being scattered across separate notes, emails, or the memory of whoever originally handled the relationship.
Project Management
Can I manage projects and tasks through Eduvisionary?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides project management functionality that allows you to organise projects, break them down into individual tasks, assign responsibilities, and track deadlines, all connected to the customer records the project relates to.
Can I assign tasks to specific team members?
Yes. Where a project involves more than one person, Eduvisionary allows you to organise team assignments, giving each person a clear understanding of what they are responsible for within a given project.
Does Eduvisionary help me track deadlines?
Yes. Deadlines can be organised alongside the tasks and assignments they relate to, helping you maintain visibility over upcoming work and reducing the risk of a deadline being missed because it was tracked separately in a calendar or tool disconnected from the project itself.
Can I see all of my active projects in one place?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides a central location for organising your business's projects, rather than relying on a collection of separate documents, spreadsheets, or personal notes for each individual engagement.
Is project management connected to my customer records?
Yes. Eduvisionary connects customer management directly with project management, so there is no gap between winning a piece of work and organising how it will actually get delivered. This also means that anyone reviewing a customer's record can see the projects associated with that customer without switching to a separate system.
HR Administration
Can I manage employee information through Eduvisionary?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides HR administration functionality for maintaining employee records, managing leave, organising onboarding, and managing employee documents.
Does Eduvisionary process payroll?
No. Eduvisionary does not process payroll. The platform is designed to support administrative record-keeping, such as employee records, leave management, onboarding, and document storage, rather than to calculate or process employee pay.
Is Eduvisionary an employer of record?
No. Eduvisionary does not act as an employer-of-record service. Businesses using the platform remain responsible for their own employees, employment arrangements, and related legal and compliance obligations.
Can I track employee leave requests?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides leave management functionality that allows you to organise employee leave information within the platform, providing a central location for managing leave records as part of everyday HR administration.
Can I use Eduvisionary to help onboard new employees?
Yes. Eduvisionary supports employee onboarding administration by providing a structured environment for managing onboarding information and related employee records, helping you organise your internal process when a new team member joins.
Can I store employee documents securely?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides functionality for managing employee documents within the platform, allowing you to keep relevant employee information organised as part of your own internal administration.
Do I need to use the HR features if I do not have any employees?
No. Freelancers and sole traders without employees can use Eduvisionary without engaging with the HR administration features at all, focusing instead on the customer, project, and financial record-keeping functionality that is relevant to their business.
Financial Record-Keeping
Can I create invoices through Eduvisionary?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides invoicing functionality that allows you to create invoices for your customers directly through the platform, with invoice information managed alongside the customer and project records it relates to.
Can I record my business income and expenses?
Yes. Eduvisionary allows you to record both income and expenses within the platform, helping you maintain an organised, ongoing record of your business's financial activity rather than reconstructing it after the fact.
Can I see which invoices have been paid and which are still outstanding?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides payment-status tracking so you can monitor the status of your invoices and related records at a glance.
Does Eduvisionary generate business reports?
Yes. Eduvisionary provides business reporting functionality that helps you review and understand the information maintained within the platform, giving you a more structured overview of your business's activity over a given period.
Is Eduvisionary an accounting service?
No. Eduvisionary provides financial record-keeping software that allows you to create invoices, record income and expenses, monitor payment status, and generate business reports. Eduvisionary does not provide accounting or tax advice, and the platform is not a substitute for professional accounting services.
Does Eduvisionary provide tax advice or file tax returns on my behalf?
No. Eduvisionary is a software provider and does not provide tax advice or file tax returns on behalf of customers. You remain responsible for your own tax records, obligations, and decisions, and should consult an appropriately qualified professional for tax advice specific to your business.
Does Eduvisionary provide financial or investment advice?
No. Eduvisionary does not provide financial, investment, or other regulated financial services. The platform provides software for maintaining your own business records, and any reports or summaries generated within the platform should not be treated as financial or investment advice.
Does Eduvisionary hold my money or my customers' payments?
No. Eduvisionary does not hold or transmit customer funds on behalf of third parties. One-off payments to Eduvisionary itself are processed through Stripe, and the platform's invoicing functionality helps you create and track invoices, but Eduvisionary is not involved in collecting payments from your own customers on your behalf.
Payments and Lifetime Access
How do I pay for Eduvisionary?
Each package is a single one-off payment for lifetime access — not a recurring subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe on our checkout page. You can pay by card, and Bacs Direct Debit or Klarna may also be available depending on eligibility.
Are all features available on every package?
Not necessarily. The specific features and usage limits available to your account depend on the package you purchase. Reviewing the available packages before buying can help you understand what is included at each level.
What happens if I exceed my package's usage limits?
Where your usage approaches or exceeds the limits associated with your current package, you may be notified and given the option to upgrade to a package with higher limits. Continuing to use the platform beyond your package's limits without upgrading may result in restricted functionality until your usage is brought within the applicable limits or your package is upgraded.
Is Eduvisionary a subscription? Do I need to cancel anything?
No. Eduvisionary is not a recurring subscription. You make a single one-off payment for lifetime access to your package, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charges to stop. If you no longer want to use the platform, you can simply stop using it or ask us to close your account.
Will I be charged again later?
No. There are no renewals and no automatic charges. Your payment method is charged once, at checkout. If you choose Bacs Direct Debit, Stripe collects that single payment only — it does not set up a recurring Direct Debit. If you choose Klarna, any instalments are an arrangement between you and Klarna, not further charges from Eduvisionary.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
Eligible purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the applicable refund terms. Full details of eligibility, the request process, and how refunds are handled are set out in Eduvisionary's separate Refund Policy.
When do I get access if I pay by Bacs Direct Debit or Klarna?
Straight away. Access is granted as soon as checkout is complete, even though Bacs Direct Debit and Klarna payments can take a few days to clear. If the payment later fails to clear, access to your account will be suspended until the purchase is paid.
Data and Security
Is my business information secure with Eduvisionary?
Eduvisionary takes reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect the information it holds, including the use of encryption for data in transit and access controls limiting who can access particular systems and information. Further detail is available in Eduvisionary's Privacy Policy.
Who owns the information I enter into Eduvisionary?
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the platform, including customer records, project information, employee information, and financial records. Eduvisionary stores and processes this information on your behalf in order to provide the platform's functionality.
Can other Eduvisionary customers see my business data?
No. Information entered into your account remains associated with that account and is not made visible to, or accessible by, other Eduvisionary customers.
Can I export my data if I want to keep a copy outside the platform?
Yes. You can generally export the business data you have entered into Eduvisionary using the export functionality available within the platform, allowing you to retain a copy of your records outside of Eduvisionary. This is particularly worth doing before requesting a refund or closing an account.
What happens to my data if I close my account or get a refund?
Eduvisionary retains information for a limited period after an account is closed or a purchase is refunded, to allow for account reactivation and to handle any related support or billing queries. Following this period, information is generally deleted or anonymised in accordance with Eduvisionary's data retention practices, except where a longer period is required by law.
Does Eduvisionary use cookies?
Yes. Eduvisionary uses cookies and similar technologies to support core platform functionality, remember preferences, and understand usage patterns. Full details are set out in Eduvisionary's Cookie Policy, including the categories of cookies used and how you can manage your preferences.
Using Eduvisionary as a Team
Can multiple people use the same Eduvisionary account?
Yes, depending on the package purchased, multiple individuals within a business can typically be given access to a shared account. The business remains responsible for managing which individuals have access and at what level.
Can I control what different team members are able to see or do?
Access and permission options depend on the specific functionality available within your package. Reviewing the details of your selected package, or contacting support, can clarify what level of control is available for managing team access.
What happens if an employee who had access to our account leaves the business?
As the account holder, you are responsible for managing access to your account, including removing access for individuals who no longer need it, such as a former employee. This can generally be managed through your account settings.
Support and Troubleshooting
What should I do if I encounter a technical issue while using Eduvisionary?
You should contact Eduvisionary support through the designated support channel identified within your account or on the Eduvisionary website. Providing a clear description of the issue, along with any relevant details such as when it occurred, will help support respond as efficiently as possible.
Does Eduvisionary guarantee the platform will always be available?
Eduvisionary aims to keep the platform available and operating reliably, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. From time to time, access may be affected by scheduled maintenance or technical issues, and advance notice of planned maintenance is provided where reasonably practicable.
Who can I contact with questions about my account or billing?
Questions about your account, purchase, or payment should be directed to Eduvisionary through the contact details published on the Eduvisionary website or within your account, in accordance with the relevant process described in Eduvisionary's Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
Compliance and Professional Advice
Does Eduvisionary replace the need for an accountant?
No. Eduvisionary provides tools to help you maintain your own financial records, such as invoices, income, and expenses, but does not provide accounting advice or interpret your records for you. If your business requires professional accounting support, that should be sought from an appropriately qualified accountant.
Does Eduvisionary replace the need for legal advice on employment matters?
No. Eduvisionary provides administrative tools for organising employee records, leave, and onboarding information, but does not provide legal advice and does not act as an employer-of-record service. Businesses remain responsible for their own employment decisions and compliance obligations, and should seek legal advice where needed.
Am I responsible for making sure the information I enter is accurate?
Yes. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into Eduvisionary is accurate, appropriate, and maintained in accordance with your own business and legal obligations. Eduvisionary provides the tools to help you organise this information but does not independently verify its accuracy or compliance.
Where can I find more detail about how Eduvisionary handles my data or my obligations as a customer?
More detailed information is available in Eduvisionary's other published policies, including the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, each of which addresses a specific aspect of how the platform is provided and how information is handled.
Comparing Eduvisionary to Other Approaches
How is Eduvisionary different from just using spreadsheets?
Spreadsheets can work reasonably well for a very small operation with a handful of clients, but they tend to become harder to manage as a business grows — new tabs get added, formulas can break, and different team members may end up keeping their own personal versions of what should be a shared record. Eduvisionary brings customer, project, employee, and financial information into one connected system, so updating a detail in one place means it is reflected everywhere else that detail appears.
Will I need to give up other tools I currently use?
Not necessarily. Eduvisionary is designed to bring core business management functions together, but it is not positioned as a replacement for every tool a business might use for every purpose. Some businesses continue using specialist tools for particular tasks alongside Eduvisionary, while relying on the platform for the central, recurring information that benefits most from being kept in one place.
Is Eduvisionary suitable for businesses that are not service-based, such as retail or product businesses?
Eduvisionary's core functionality is built specifically around customer relationships, project delivery, and service-oriented workflows. Businesses focused mainly on retail, physical product sales, or manufacturing may find that this functionality does not map as directly onto their operations as it does for a consultancy, agency, or freelance practice.
Business Growth and Changing Needs
What happens as my business grows and my needs change?
Because Eduvisionary's packages offer different features and usage limits, you are not locked into a single fixed level of functionality regardless of how your business changes. As your requirements grow, you can move up to a larger package to better reflect your current size and needs.
Can I use Eduvisionary if I am just starting out as a freelancer with very few clients?
Yes. Eduvisionary is designed to be useful for businesses of varying sizes, including freelancers just starting out. You are not required to use every part of the platform, so you can focus on the areas most relevant to your business at its current stage, such as customer and project management, and expand your usage of other features, such as HR administration, as your business grows.
Can I use Eduvisionary for a larger agency with several active accounts?
Yes. Eduvisionary combines CRM and project management functionality specifically to help agencies manage customer relationships, sales opportunities, project tasks, deadlines, and team responsibilities across multiple accounts within the same platform.
Language, Access, and Availability
Can I access Eduvisionary from different devices?
Because Eduvisionary is web-based, you can generally access your account through a web browser from different devices, provided you have an internet connection and are using a supported browser.
Can I access Eduvisionary while working from a client's office or while travelling?
Yes. Being web-based means Eduvisionary is not tied to a single installed application on one particular computer, so you can access your account from wherever you happen to be working, as long as you have an internet connection.
